VetRub delivers to serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability and the estimated delivery date are checked during checkout using the address and pin code you provide.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and dispatched through our delivery partners. The estimated delivery timeline shown at checkout can vary by destination, serviceability, weather, holidays, and other courier conditions. Please allow additional time for remote locations.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you place your order. VetRub offers free shipping on orders of ₹499 or above, subject to serviceability and any offer terms shown at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking or shipment updates may be shared through the contact details provided during checkout. You can also contact our support team with your order number for help with delivery status.
